Navigating Neva's Water Watcher Card is designed to be worn around your neck while at the pool or watching children in, on or around the water. 

When you leave the pool for any reason you pass this water watcher card on a break away lanyard onto the next person who is responsible. If everyone is leaving the pool area you ensure the pool is empty, the doors/gates are closed properly and the latch has locked.  So no one can return unplanned without supervision.
